Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. You’ll manage high-budget paid media campaigns, create content that drives engagement, and optimize performance across multiple platforms. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, increasing ROI, and enhancing our clients’ digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end management of paid social media and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation, creative strategy, and performance tracking.
• Content Strategy: Plan, create, and oversee content that aligns with brand goals and drives engagement on social media and other digital platforms.
• SEO/SEM: Execute and optimize search engine marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality traffic and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, web development, and account management, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
• Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering strong ROI.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic design knowledge is a plus.

• Salary Range: 72,000 – 102,000 USD Annually
