Role Overview:
As a Content Specialist focusing on graphics, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create visually stunning and compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines. You’ll develop digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and more. Your designs will be pivotal in engaging audiences, enhancing user experience, and driving brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visuals for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content adheres to the company’s or clients’ brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and web developers to deliver cohesive, well-rounded content that blends visual and written elements.
- Multimedia Assets: Develop infographics, digital ads, banners, presentations, and other visual content that supports marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Content: Design engaging social media graphics, ensuring they are optimized for each platform and resonate with target audiences.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Design Tools: Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to develop high-quality digital assets.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the visual content you produce.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or content creation with a focus on visual content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools.
- Experience creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and websites.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling content across a variety of platforms.
- Knowledge of basic web design principles (experience with CMS or design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or video editing is a plus but not required.
